The lobby is constructed using reclaimed heart pine flooring and Savannah gray brick from the original site. Savannah gray brick is a prized local commodity, selling for twice the price of modern brick. Its unique color and texture cannot be duplicated and the only way to get real Savannah grays is from an old building.
