This was the best trip, the hotel was perfect, the location was excellent, and lots of places to eat great food… the town was so friendly, I got spoiled. The charm of the town never stopped, really wanted to stay longer.

Lobby area is beautiful especially for Christmas. Very relaxing to sit by the fireplace. Great staff-very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were very clean. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we did not have any noise issues. This is a great location. Be sure to eat at The Olde Pink House in the tavern which is about 2 blocks from the hotel. B. Matthews Bakery and Cafe is just down the street from the hotel and it is wonderful with a great atmosphere and wonderful food. Several of the shop owners were very helpful with providing information about restaurants and other shops. Magnolias on Bull Street was a neat shop. Highly recommend Oglethorpe Tours. We visited at a great time-weather was beautiful and the crowds were not bad.

I liked this Hampton. It is in a great location. Just a hop, skip and a jump to The Pink House, which is a great place for a nice dinner and across the street from the river walk. The atmosphere was great. I loved the brick walls inside on the main floor and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool on the roof is small but was refreshing after a hot day of touring and the view of the river is great.

This was the perfect place to stay in downtown Savannah - great location, great price, great service, and great beds! We had a corner room and the view of the river and River Street was very nice. Spacious room and absolutely the most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept in. We walked everywhere we wanted to go downtown - restaurants, River Street and tours picked up right at the hotel. The parking garage was across the street - but be aware that there is a fee for parking. The room rate was excellent in comparison to the other downtown establishments - it was very nice to be able to park the car and leave it the entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.
